Shipping and Returns

 

Shipping:  We make every effort to process orders as quick as possible.  Most products are in stock and ready to ship.  Please allow 1-2 weeks for monogrammed items and 3-4 weeks for customized special orders.  If for any reason our shipping delay is more than 21 days, you will be notified promptly by phone call or email.  We are able to ship anywhere in the United States via USPS and UPS ground.  You will be notified via email when your order has shipped, along with a tracking number.

Also, if your order is time sensitive, feel free to inquiry about faster delivery options. 
 
Keep in mind that most of our items are custom and do require a little extra time to personalize just for you.  We take pride in all our little extra touches and we know you will be pleased with the quality results you will receive. 

 

Returns:  If there is a problem with your order or you are not pleased, notify us within 10 days of receipt so we can issue you a return authorization.  Please include your RA# with your invoice in the returned package.  Shipping charges will be non-refundable.  Items personalized with monogramming may not be returned or exchanged.
